River Pines Public Utility District (RPPUD) is pleased to announce that we are transitioning to paperless billing.

This change is part of our ongoing effort to improve efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and provide faster, more secure access to billing information. By moving to electronic billing, customers will benefit from timely delivery of statements, easier recordkeeping, and reduced paper waste.

What this means for you:

  • Monthly billing statements will be delivered electronically rather than by mail
  • Statements will be sent to the email address we have on file
  • Customers will continue to have full access to billing history and payment options

If you need to update your email address or have questions about this transition, please contact our office at 209-245-6723 or lgarrett@riverpinespud.org.

Customers who require accommodation or who are unable to receive electronic statements are encouraged to contact us so we can assist.
